PE 106 Aerobics II Prerequisite: None 2 lab hrs per week: 1 hr transfer cr This course assists individuals to improve cardiovascular conditioning through step aerobics, kickboxing or low-impact aerobics. Strengthening and toning exercises are also introduced. (may be repeated 3 times)
