PE 101 Physical Fitness I Prerequisite: None 2 lab hrs per week: 1 hr transfer credit This course is designed to assist individuals in establishing a foundation for personal fitness. Students are administered basic fitness assessment and engage in a structured exercise program utilizing flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular efficiency. May be repeated three more times for credit.
