MATH 155 Finite Mathematics(M1 906) Prerequisite: MATH 151 with a C or better or qualifying score on Math Placement Test 4 lectures per week: 4 hrs transfer credit This course is an introduction to finite mathematics to meet the needs of business, social science, and liberal arts students. Topics covered include compound interest, annuities, systems of equations and inequalities, matrices, linear programming and its applications, probability, and logic. Throughout the course, emphasis is placed on concepts and applications.
