DH 103 Head and Neck Anatomy and Tooth Morphology Prerequisite: Consent of program coordinator 3 lectures, 4 lab hrs per week: 5 hrs credit This course provides a detailed study of nomenclature, morphologic characteristics, and physiologic relationships of human primary and permanent teeth. The study of the anatomical structure of the head and neck region of the human body will serve as a foundation of anatomical knowledge that is essential for patient care, understanding function, oral pathology, local pain, and the administration of anesthesia.
