ECED 214 Administration of Early Childhood Education Centers

Prerequisite: ECED 103 and ECED 104 , both with a C or better
3 lectures per week: 3 hrs transfer credit
This course is for early childhood direct service personnel seeking a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in preschool, infant and toddler, and/or a family childcare setting. The course will involve portfolio development directly aligned with the 13 competency standards required to achieve the CDA credential. Students who successfully complete this course and its prerequisites are prepared for the verification visit and to take the CDA examination.
