PTA 102 Introduction to PT Skills

Acceptance into the PTA program required
4 hrs credit
This course will introduce the theory, application and documentation of basic physical therapy patient care skills, interventions and data collection skills performed under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist. The course also covers medical emergencies and the role of the physical therapist assistant as well as CPR training.
