This course strongly emphasizes hand-son learning; thus, manipulatives are used extensively. Topics covered include problem solving, sets, number theory, statistics, probability, geometry, and measurement. Students seeking general education mathematics credit for transfer are advised to register for the MATH 200 /MATH 206  sequence.
